Our home construction is of the highest quality and we have many unique designs to choose from. Your new “CUSTOM” factory built home can be delivered to your site in as little as 3 weeks, from the time your order is placed.

WE CURRENTLY OFFER 4 TYPES OF HOMES :
• U.S. Manufactured “A-Series” Homes (built with “A-Series” standard features)
• U.S. Manufactured “B-Series” Homes (built with “B-Series” standard features)
• U.S. Fusion Homes “F-Series” (classified as “Site Built” when installed)
• Homes For Canada “X-Series” (csa approved for “X- Port” to Canada)

What is Included

WE ARE TRULY YOUR “ONE STOP SHOP” – OUR SERVICES INCLUDE :
• Working with you to choose the proper home design to meet your specific needs.
• We have full construction services available, we can take your project from beginning to end and provide a turn key package, or you can just purchase the home.
• We have the right financing available for your construction loan, land acquisition and your new home purchase.
• If you need land, we can help, we are happy to assist you in locating and purchasing land in any area you desire – we currently have several parcels of land available, ask for details.
• If you have an existing home to sell, our team of professionals can help you evaluate and market your home successfully.

OUR BASE PRICE INCLUDES :
• For all U.S. Models (“A” “B” & “F” Series) the base price includes the transportation of your new home from the factory to your site (within 50 miles from our sales center, or additional charges may apply). Also included is your basic home installation, which consists of joining the home sections together, roof build out and close up, exterior siding close up, interior tape, texture, paint and carpet installation. The Foundation and anything outside the perimeter of the home is not included in the base price.
• For all homes built for Canada (“X” Series) the base price is for the home only
• We offer unbeatable pricing on high quality homes for
both the U.S. and for X-Port to Canada.
• We offer homes that are classified as manufactured homes and we offer homes that are classified as site built when installed.

FOR A “LIMITED TIME” WE ARE OFFERING :
• “Wholesale Pricing” to the public on all U.S. & Canadian models.
• A 10 year factory warranty on all “A” Series homes
• A “Price – Lock Guarantee” you can lock in all of our current new home pricing
with a fully refundable deposit.

OUR “WHOLESALE PRICING” INCLUDES :
• Your new home with thousands in standard features (detailed info. available upon request).
• This pricing does not include the transportation of your new home sections from the factory to your site, or your new home installation.
• Installer approval by Select Homes is required.

OUR “FULL SERVICE PRICING” INCLUDES :
• Your new home with thousands in standard features (detailed info. available upon request).
• The transportation from the factory to your site for all of your new home sections is
Included (within 50 miles of our sales center, or additional charges may apply).
• Your basic home installation is also included, which consists of joining the home sections together, roof build out and close up, exterior siding close up, exterior paint, interior tape, texture, paint, and carpet installation.

WHAT IS “NOT INCLUDED” IN OUR PRICING – BUT…..CAN BE BID UPON REQUEST
• The foundation system, garages, porches, decks and steps are are not included in the base price of our new homes, but we will be happy to bid these items upon request.
